Option 1: Book on the our Web Portal (Computer or Mobile Browser)

  1. Visit the booking link https://calgarycare.ca and click “Book Now”
    Go to the clinic’s Medeo booking page provided by your clinic.

  2. Sign in or create an account

    • Enter your email address

    • Verify your account using the code sent to your email

    • New patients may be asked to complete a short profile

  3. Choose your appointment type
    Select the service you need (e.g., Virtual Doctor Visit, Follow-Up, Lab Requisition, Results Review).

  4. Select a date and time
    Pick an available appointment that works for you.

  5. Confirm your booking
    Review your details and submit your request.
    You’ll receive a confirmation email once booked.

  6. Attend your appointment
    At your appointment time, log in to Medeo and click “Join Visit.”

Option 2: Book Using the Medeo Mobile App

  1. Download the Medeo app

    • iPhone: App Store

    • Android: Google Play Store

  2. Sign in or create an account
    Use your email address and complete the verification steps.

  3. Find your clinic
    Search for your clinic name or use the booking link provided by the clinic.

  4. Select appointment type
    Choose the service you are booking.

  5. Pick a date and time
    Select from the available appointment slots.

  6. Confirm your appointment
    You’ll receive a confirmation notification and email.

  7. Join your visit
    Open the app at your appointment time and tap “Join Visit.”
