Our Services

Consult with a qualified physician virtually, and in person, per arrangement.

  • All Family Practice consults, preventative and diagnostic, including amongst others, cough, infections, follow-ups, blood pressure, diabetes, allergies, injuries, chronic conditions.

  • Acute care, refill prescriptions etc.

    • Birth control renewals

    • UTI symptoms

    • Menopause symptoms

    • Fertility consultations

    • Pregnancy-related questions

    • Referrals to OB/GYN

    • Testosterone concerns

    • Erectile dysfunction

    • Prostate screening referrals

    • Sexual health consults

  • Requisitions for

    * Blood tests (including diabetes, liver, kidney, metabolic, prostate, Iron, STI, etc)

    * Stools specimen

    * Urine specimen

    * ECGs, 24-Hour BP monitoring

    * Imaging: Xray’s, Ultrasounds, CT scans, MRIs etc.

    * Other diagnostic tests.

    We are in collaboration with Blood Tech Diagnostics who provide mobile specimen collection and other services above at the convenience of your home (www.mybloodtech.ca).

    AHS  and third-party services (uninsured and out of country patients)

  • We coordinate referrals including to:

    • Cardiologists

    • Endocrinologists (Thyroid, Diabetes, PCOS and other hormone problems)

    • Gynecologists (Women’s Health)

    • Dermatologists (skin conditions)

    • Gastroenterologists (colonoscopy, colorectal cancer screening, gastroscopy etc)

    • Nephrologist (Kidney problems, including failure, stones etc)

    • Hepatology (liver issues, hepatitis)

    • WCB consults

    • Documentation for work, school, disability, and insurance.

    • Includes absences and disability
